Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (B2B Sales) with expertise in fintech, payments, and crypto solutions. This role involves researching, identifying, and converting potential leads into long-term business partnerships. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning for Capital Wallet.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales Strategy:
- Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities in the fintech, blockchain, and payments sector.
- Generate a high-quality pipeline of B2B leads through strategic outreach, networking, and market analysis.
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while meeting revenue and growth targets.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fintech firms, merchants, and payment service providers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure client satisfaction through a consultative approach.
- Position Capital Wallet as a trusted crypto payments solutions provider.
Negotiation & Deal Closure:
- Develop compelling business proposals, presentations, and customized contracts.
- Negotiate terms effectively to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work closely with the legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and partnerships.
Market Expansion & Product Strategy:
- Stay updated on crypto payments trends, regulations, and fintech innovations to identify new business opportunities.
- Work with internal teams to suggest product enhancements and service offerings based on client feedback.
- Represent Capital Wallet at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the fintech or payments industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and strategic growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools.
- Strong analytical mindset to understand market trends and client needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive product relevance and client engagement.
- Proficient in MS-Office to prepare sales presentations and business proposals
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with crypto exchanges, fintech startups, or payment gateways.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks around cryptocurrency payments.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools to support lead generation efforts.
