Job Summary:

- As a Lead Data Scientist within the Strategy and Execution team, you will develop insights and tracking mechanisms to support our Firmwide Data Strategy.

- You will work across various systems to identify data needs, design analyses, and synthesize insights for senior leadership.

- Your role involves applying statistical rigor and advanced data science methods across Cloud and on-premise systems, promoting decision-making through insight.

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive the development and delivery of data science-driven solutions to measure our Data Strategy progress.

- Collaborate with business partners to understand their systems and processes.

- Develop structured insights from data analysis and modeling exercises about critical strategic initiatives.

- Develop and maintain data visualization tools for telemetry.

- Engineer machine learning solutions to automate telemetry systems.

- Stay informed about the latest trends in AI/ML/LLM/GenAI research and operate with a continuous-improvement mindset.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Formal training or certification as a Data Scientist and 5+ years of applied experience.

- Foundational knowledge of ML projects, both supervised and unsupervised.

- Strong programming skills with Python, R, or other equivalent languages.

- Strong solution ideation, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

- Familiarity with machine learning engineering and developing/implementing machine learning models within AWS or other cloud platforms.

- Familiarity with the financial services industry.
