As a Senior Associate - Transformation Program Management within the Digital Payments team, you will have the opportunity to promote large scale programs that are critical to our ambitious growth strategy. You will partner with various stakeholders, provide valuable analytics, manage program reviews, and ensure strong governance around the program. This role requires excellent data skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to function independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone with an innovative and control mindset who can proactively avoid defects and solve issues. Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various functions to drive the program, achieve objectives, and align key business and product drivers with program deliverables.
- Deliver value-added analytics and reporting, including scorecards, dashboards, and executive-level reports, while creating necessary data cuts, analytics, and governance artifacts.
- Manage the SharePoint site effectively, including coding and configuring new workflows, and develop and maintain program documentation, providing support for solution documents, testing, and sign-offs.
- Lead program reviews with the leadership team and stakeholders, reporting on performance, discussing issues, identifying potential risks, and proposing solutions.
- Maintain an innovative and control-oriented mindset to proactively prevent defects and resolve issues, while operating independently with minimal supervision.
- Participate in various forums, providing updates, highlighting specific activities, coordination requests, and other relevant information, and track and report on deliverables across multiple activities.
- Communicate timely and escalate to stakeholders regarding key program aspects, such as progress emails, challenges, risks, and mitigation strategies, while demonstrating effective coordination skills and self-motivation.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Possess excellent data skills, including collation, cleaning, transformation, analytics, exploration, and visualization using Excel, Python, Tableau, and MS Office, with the ability to create and maintain complex dashboards and conduct deep data analytics.
- Demonstrate strong hands-on skills in creating and managing SharePoint sites, along with excellent quantitative and analytical problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in data wrangling and visualization to mine and analyze large, complex data sets.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and leadership skills in governing and managing program delivery, with an understanding of Intelligent Automation and RPA tools like Task BOTs, UiPath, and Alteryx.
- Have over 10 years of experience in data analysis and program management within banking/financial services, with experience in designing, developing, testing, and managing data models, simulations, and reports, and familiarity with PMI and Six Sigma.
