Managing Director of Software Engineering

As a Managing Director of Software Engineering at JPMorgan Chase in the Consumer and Community Banking sector, you are an experienced technologist and senior leader overseeing various technology-driven projects and teams. This role requires a visionary leader with proven experience in cloud technologies and organizational modernization. The successful candidate will drive the development of self-service capabilities and ensure the efficient processing of millions of documents daily.

• Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers and technical staff.

• Over 10 years of experience or equivalent expertise in leading technologists to address, anticipate, and resolve complex technical challenges within your area of expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of various technical disciplines and technology strategies, including emerging trends, research, and technological advancements.
• Proven experience in managing complex technology functions across multiple locations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technology strategy and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
• Capability to inspire and motivate technologists while fostering a culture of innovation.
• Extensive hands-on experience with cloud-native technologies.
• Expertise in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
