- As an Associate in Client Reporting Team, you will be part of Funds Publishing team within Global Client reporting team which is responsible for the production and the publishing of various fund marketing collaterals such as Funds and model portfolio Factsheets, Commentaries, Fund Stories, Strategy stories etc.

Job Responsibilities:

- Partner and collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization, such as Investment Specialists, Performance, Product Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Compliance, to ensure the timely availability of data and content for various marketing materials.

- Ensure all deliverables are completed with the highest accuracy and timeliness.

- Complete various ad-hoc tasks, change management requests, and other assigned duties.

- Steer local and global strategic initiatives focused on process improvements, transformation, and control enhancement for the team.

- Develop domain expertise across all team functions by continuously up-skilling through in-person and online training.

- Work with Client Reporting's dedicated automation specialists and Technology partners to deliver automated, scalable solutions.

- Prepare monthly metrics data.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- Ability to work collaboratively with local and global teams, as well as on own initiative; sensitivity to different cultures and working styles.

- Need to be a self-starter, creative and be able to prioritize key tasks effectively.

- Strong analytical skills, high aptitude for numbers.

- Strong attention to the details and ability to spot the data discrepancies.

- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook skills.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

- MBA with at least 6 years of experience in Asset Management industry is preferred.
