JP Morgan Chase - Analyst/Team Leader - Trading Services (3-9 yrs)

Job Summary :

As a Trading Services Analyst - Team Leader within JPMorgan Worldwide Securities Services, you will have the opportunity to leverage your knowledge of the capital market and trade life cycle to support the day-to-day operations of our Agency Lending Department.

- Provide hands on leadership to the Agency Lending Trade Management/Settlements team

- Ensure day to day operations are managed within the key operational parameters determined.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

- Knowledge of Trade Life Cycle and Settlements will be an added advantage., Leadership skills to motivate and bind a team across geographies.

- Adaptable to change and ability to manage change.

- Relationship building with diverse groups and senior executives., Logical & reasoning ability People management experience

- Excellent business writing and verbal English communication skills

- Proficient in MS office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and outlook)

- Strong control and quality management skills; accuracy and attention to detail is vital.

- Assertive and self-confident, comfortable when interacting with Senior Management

- Excellent coaching skills
