Description:
Join the fast-paced Rates Reg Reporting team at JPM, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment. You'll review evolving regulations, implement robust controls, and swiftly resolve arising issues. Collaborate with key partners like the Rates Business, Business Management, Technology, Legal, and Compliance to promote excellence. As a Transaction Processing Analyst in the Rates Reg Reporting team, you will be instrumental in reviewing evolving regulations and ensuring JPM remains at the forefront of compliance. Your role will involve implementing robust controls and swiftly resolving any issues that arise. You will work in a dynamic operating environment, reviewing changing regulations and ensuring JPM is compliant with the regulation as well as having the proper controls in place.
Job responsibilities:
- Have 3+ years of overall experience in Trade support functions (booking trades, trade verification and reconciliations)
- Partner with Technology to implement change and drive operations agenda.
- Understanding of Cash and OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics preferably to include Rates as an asset class.
- Understanding of transaction lifecycles, systems and controls and the functions responsible for execution of those controls
Required qualification, skills and capabilities:
- Quick learner with ability to play a key role in executing the process
- Numerical aptitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Self-starter and ability to work under limited supervision
- Organized and delivery focused with attention to detail

Salary work-life balance all are a given in this company. If you work here with a great manager you don't need to switch at least for nest 5 year. no day will be mundane.
IJP is now a tool just to retain employees who are leaving, i would want less on the current manager's involvement in movement, as they try to hinder it by influence to ensure only they have a good employee. IJP is intended for learning new skills but unfortunately that is failing.
