Front Desk Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Answer calls, take and relay messages
• Provide information to callers
• Greet people and direct them to the right person
• Deal with queries of employees and customers
• Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Prepare correspondence and documents, when needed for admin support
• Receive and sort mail and courier
• Schedule appointments for HODs when needed
• Maintain appointment diary
• Manage booking of conference, boardroom and meeting rooms
• Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering as and when required
• Monitor and maintain office equipment
• Control inventory relevant to reception area.
