Executive/ Senior Executive - Sales Sourcing / Closing

Job description

Role & responsibilities:

1) Handling the walk-in customers

2) Understanding the requirements of the customer and pitching the project accordingly.

3) Assisting the customers with the site visit.

4) Negotiating with the customers and closing the deals.

5) Achieving monthly sales target.

Preferred candidate profile :

• An excellent communicator and a good negotiator.
• Able to inspire trust and confidence in customers.
• Must have knowledge about residential sales.
• Able to work under pressure
• This role will be based on contract
