We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) (Depend up on Experience level) to join our team. You will be responsible for driving sales of business loans offered by the company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and drive sales of business loans in the designated territory.

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers, including business owners, entrepreneurs, and individuals seeking home financing.

• Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide tailored loan solutions to meet the needs of clients.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales plans and achieve targets.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations related to business and home loans.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to loan closure.

• Work closely with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team on a regular basis.
