Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources, including HR Business Partnering, Generalist activities, Operations, and Talent Acquisition. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensure seamless HR operations, and drive initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, probation reviews, and exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote employee development and engagement.
- Ensure accurate and efficient HR operations, including payroll processing, HRIS management, and data analytics.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Serve as the point of contact for external regulatory authorities.
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment to attract and hire top talent for the organization.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies, including employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles across HRBP, Generalist, Operations, and TA domains.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to partner with senior leadership and influence business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
