KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
i. Responsible for promoting the business of Futurisk Insurance Broking in allotted regions and generation of profits from the region.
ii. Responsible for strategizing Acquisition Strategies, Retention strategies, Budget compliance, Key Account Management, Renewal strategies & Relationship management.
iii. Front end positioning of Company in the given market
iv. Responsible for developing and implementing marketing plans to assure achievement of agreed volume, quality, and market share and profit objectives.
v. Overseeing the entire gamut of activities encompassing Corporate Acquisition Retention.
vi. Responsible for the general administration of the branch.
vii. Responsible for the IRDA compliance at the branch level.
Sales function:
i. Responsible for business development for General Insurance products including Mediclaim, Property, Liability, Engineering and other product lines
ii. Conceptualize and implement competent business strategies to market a wide range of products and services and achieve pre-set sales and profit targets.
iii. Explore potential business avenues to penetrate new accounts and expand existing clientele; negotiating and finalizing terms conditions.
iv. Giving a clear Understanding on the pricing and features of the product and their impact on profitability.
Relationship management:
i. Build and strengthen relationships with existing accounts, thereby ensuring high client satisfaction by providing them with complete product support.
ii. Leveraging on the relationship with corporates and focusing on closures.
iii. Close co-ordination with all external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.
Team Management:
i. Leading the team of professionals including Sales and Operations and creating an environment that sustains and encourages high performance.
ii. Guiding the teams to build and maintain healthy business relations with the client and ensuring high customer satisfaction matrices by driving them to achieve delivery & service quality norms
iii. Periodical monitoring of the performance of team personnel to ensure complete operation efficiency
iv. Training and mentoring new recruits to the team along with the work delegation and motivating them to optimize their contribution levels.
Other Functions:
i. Responsible for ensuring Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority compliance at the branch level.
ii. Tracking of competitor activities to understand the market trends and take pro active actions.
iii. Analyzing their risk portfolio, suggesting way forward to mitigate losses and maintain a healthy bottom line.
iv. MIS function pertaining to all kinds of data related to the Zone.
