Job Description:

Looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account and Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive our business growth by nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, and business development, and a deep understanding of access control solutions. This role is pivotal in building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts, as well as developing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and ensuring high client satisfaction.

2. Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within existing key accounts by analyzing their evolving needs and proposing tailored solutions.

3. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans for key clients, outlining growth opportunities, revenue targets, and actionable steps to achieve them.

4. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our smart access control solutions, staying up-to-date with new product developments and innovations.

5. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless customer experience.

6. Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities and threats.

7. Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations with key clients, including contract renewals, pricing, and terms, to maximize revenue and value for both parties.

8. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account performance, revenue projections, and market insights, using data and analytics to make informed decisions.

9. Customer Advocacy: Promote our brand and products within key accounts and encourage client advocacy, referrals, and case studies.

10. Feedback Loop: Act as a primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their feedback and concerns are effectively communicated to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2. Proven track record in key account management and business development, with a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience.

3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

5. Strategic thinking and planning skills.

6. Results-oriented and self-motivated.

7. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

8. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
