Scope

The India Fulfillment Leader s role will be responsible for managing the Logistics and Distribution function for JCI . Working in a high volume, fast paced, highly collaborative environment, this role will be responsible for management and oversight for the D.C. s & Regional Warehouses, Reverse Logistics Processes, Finished Goods Inventory Control, transportation, manufacturing with value added services as well as oversight for operational excellence, quality, and packaging engineering function for India.

This position will ensure the timely and secure delivery of our products to our internal and external customers, have P&L responsibility for the regional warehousing and transportation network, and align with the PBU leadership and logistics teams to ensure that the India strategy is aligned to support future business needs.

Strategic thinking and the ability to inspire influence and demonstrate world-class change leadership across businesses and boundaries will be a major success factor. This is very important in the goal of executing the ongoing network optimization related to transportation and warehousing. This individual will serve as the Subject Matter Expert within the functional L&D space.
