Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Create 2D drawings and 3D CAD files according to company standards.
• Part design according to company standards. Bill of material creation
• Use company part libraries, standard design concepts and design guidelines for products. SAP or any ERP Knowledge preferred
• Mastered engineering software programs, including AutoCAD Release 10 through 2016, 3D Modelling, Autodesk Inventor, and Creo/ProE.
• Produced drawings and maintained, archived and retrieved CAD files and drawing documents for the completion of various commercial projects.
• Drafting
  Prepared fabrication drawings, modifications and commercial specification drawings in compliance with company s CAD standards.
• FMEA, GDT working knowledge

Supporting responsibilities

• Trained new and current employees for both internal and external CAD procedures and transfer.
• Design and Develop automated blocks thus saving time during the drawing process.

Qualification:

B.E./ B. Tech Mechanical from a recognised university

Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Mechanical Design
• Exposure to project management techniques

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

Design and Optimization of Mechanical components for Plants. Design include Sheet Metal part, Piping, Assembly Fabrication knowledge.

Knowledge of Manufacturing processes fabrication processes

Familiar with HVAC equipment like, VRF, PAC, RAC, RTU, Dedicated outside Air Systems, heat pumps.

SKILLS:

• Key skills: CAD Designer, 3D CAD modeling, Drafting, Project Lead.

Software Knowledge:

• Pro-E/Creo, Wind-chill PLM
