Senior Manager - Production - Bromine Derivatives (4-6 yrs)

As we work towards establishing our presence globally we are looking to hire a leader to build and expand the business and team there.

Location: Mumbai, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

- Production Management: Oversee and optimize the production processes for bromine derivatives, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality control measures. This includes monitoring operations to identify areas for process improvements and cost optimization.

- Process Development: Develop and implement processes for synthesizing bromine derivatives, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and environmental sustainability. This involves conducting lab analyses and adjusting chemical processes to maximize efficiency.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards through rigorous testing and validation procedures. This includes preparing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including quality reports and compliance certifications.

- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain compliance with relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations, including federal, state, and local statutes. This involves managing site compliance with all applicable regulations and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, providing training and support to ensure efficient operations. This includes managing and controlling the physical condition of the facilities to company standards.

Qualifications:

- Experience: Proven experience in chemical manufacturing, particularly in the production of bromine derivatives, is highly desirable.

- Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in process optimization are essential. Effective communication and leadership abilities are also important.
