Job Description:

- Premier Carbonic Pvt Ltd is seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our plant in Bargarh, Odisha.

- The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the day-to-day activities of a gas production facility, particularly those involving cooling systems, compressors, and CO2 gas compression systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure the efficient functioning of the gas compression systems and cooling tower operations.

- Monitor plant operations to meet production targets, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Supervise and lead a team of technicians and operators to ensure the plant runs smoothly.

- Conduct regular plant inspections and troubleshoot any issues that arise.

- Coordinate with other departments to maintain optimum performance and resolve any operational challenges.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

- Manage plant resources and oversee the inventory of equipment and materials.

- Prepare reports on plant performance, maintenance, and production statistics for senior management.

Qualifications:

Education: MBA/ Diploma or BE (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).

Experience: 5+ years in plant management, with a strong background in the operation of cooling towers, CO2 compressors, and gas compression systems.

Preferred: Knowledge and experience in the gas industry.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in the operation and maintenance of cooling towers, CO2 compressors, screw compressors, air compressors, and CO2 gas compression systems.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to handle complex technical issues and make decisions effectively.

- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations within a plant environment.
