Production Manager - Pharmaceutical Industry (5-10 yrs)

The Production Manager is responsible for overseeing the manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with GMP. The role involves managing production teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring efficient and safe production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing.

- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and environmental regulations.

- Monitor and control production schedules, inventory levels, and raw material usage.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelor's/Master's in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in production management within the pharmaceutical industry.

- Strong knowledge of GMP, production optimization, and team management.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
