Requirement:

- NISM certifications for equity cash and derivatives modules"

- Execute Trades on the Trading Terminal.

- Client servicing - institutional clients & doing execution of Futures & Options trades

- Generate revenue

- Working knowledge of Bloomberg Terminal

- Qualification : Atleast Graduation

- NISM certifications for equity cash and derivatives modules

- Experience : Atleast 8+ yrs

- Hands-on experience in dealing with Equity and the F& o segment.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

- Problem-solving skills.

Trading & Execution:

- Execute trades across various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, commodities, and derivatives.

- Provide clients with timely market insights, trade ideas, and execution strategies.

- Monitor and manage trade execution quality, ensuring best execution practices.

Client Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and corporates.

- Act as the primary point of contact for high-value clients, addressing their trading and investment needs.

- Develop and expand the client base by identifying new business opportunities.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the sales trading team, providing guidance and training.

- Set performance targets and monitor key trading metrics to optimize team performance.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Market Analysis & Strategy:

- Stay updated on market trends, macroeconomic developments, and trading strategies.

- Collaborate with research and trading desks to generate actionable trade ideas.

- Provide market intelligence and risk analysis to clients.

Regulatory & Compliance:

- Ensure all trading activities comply with relevant regulatory and internal risk management policies.

- Work closely with compliance and risk teams to maintain a strong control environment.

- Keep up to date with financial regulations impacting trading and client interactions.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in sales trading, with a proven track record in execution and client management.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and execution strategies.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team.

- Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions quickly.

- Familiarity with trading regulations and risk management frameworks.
