Job Description

Job Title: AVP Lead Generation

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Work Environment:

- Shift: General (11:00 AM - 08:00 PM)

- Workweek: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive, multi-channel lead generation strategy that aligns with business goals and drives new customer acquisition.

- Campaign Development & Execution: Design and oversee lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (PPC, SEO, SEM), content marketing, social media, events, email marketing, and strategic partnerships.

- Data-Driven Approach: Use data and analytics to monitor, optimize, and report on lead generation performance, ensuring campaigns are delivering high-quality leads that align with the sales team's needs.

- Sales and Marketing Alignment: Collaborate with the sales team to define lead qualification criteria, ensure smooth handoffs, and develop lead nurturing programs that maximize conversion rates.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing lead generation team, fostering a collaborative environment while setting clear goals, KPIs, and performance targets.

- Market Research & Targeting: Conduct market research and segmentation analysis to identify high-potential customer profiles, ensuring campaigns are targeted and effective.

- Budget Management: Manage the lead generation budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently across channels and programs to maximize ROI.

- Technology & Tools: Stay current with the latest lead generation technologies, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and emerging trends in fintech to ensure the company is leveraging the best tools for success.

- Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reporting on lead generation performance, pipeline development, and campaign effectiveness to senior leadership, ensuring continuous improvement and growth

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

- 7+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industries.

- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel lead generation strategies that drive measurable results.

- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead qualification, and customer segmentation.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams, as well as collaborate across departments.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
