Java Technical Lead/Architect (8-13 yrs)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Java technologies and frameworks, architectural patterns, and a proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise-level solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Architectural Design and Development :

- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software architecture using Java technologies.

- Evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Define and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure application architectures.

Technical Leadership :

- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.

- Guide teams in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and other architects to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity in communication.

Technology Evaluation :

- Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks relevant to Java development.

- Evaluate and recommend technologies that best fit project needs.

Documentation and Standards :

- Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation.

- Define coding standards, guidelines, and practices for the development team.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Java Architect or similar role.

- Strong expertise in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, Java EE).

- Proficiency in microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

- High Level Design (HLD), Low Level Design (LLD), Technical review, Problem solving, Mentoring, Training, Customer Interaction

- Experience with front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React).

- Understanding of big data technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, Hadoop).

- Certification in Java or cloud platforms.
