Java Architect - Spring/Hibernate (8-10 yrs)

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and developing complex Java-based applications and architectures.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable and high-performance Java applications.

- Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure the adherence to best practices and coding standards.

- Design solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging Java technologies.

- Work with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver custom solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and development processes.

- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure high-quality development.

Required Skills :

- 8+ years of experience in Java development with significant experience in architecture and design.

- Expertise in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, and Java EE.

- Strong experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.

- Hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

- Solid understanding of RESTful services, microservices architecture, and cloud-native applications.

- Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients and technical teams
