API Automation Engineer (2-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated tests for APIs using Java and Rest Assured.

- Leverage your expertise in Postman for efficient manual API testing.

- Possess a strong understanding of backend API flows and their integration with the user interface.

- Experience working with microservices architectures is highly valued.

- Excellent API automation skills and experience with tools like Rest Assured.

- Strong proficiency in manual API testing using Postman.

- A good understanding of backend API flows integrated with UI.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in software development with a focus on API testing.

- Proven experience in writing automated API tests using Java and Rest Assured.

- In-depth knowledge of HTTP protocols and RESTful API concepts.

- Familiarity with API mocking tools (bonus points).

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

Desired Skills :

- Experience with Selenium for UI automation testing.

- Knowledge of API security testing practices
