Spruce IT Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced PHP Developer with strong technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with PHP development, popular frameworks, and database optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

PHP Development :

- Build, develop, and maintain robust PHP applications.

- Utilize popular frameworks like Laravel, Symfony, or others to deliver efficient solutions.

Database Management :

- Write and optimize complex queries for efficient database performance.

- Ensure data integrity and seamless integration with backend systems.

Team Leadership :

- Lead a team of 4-5 developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

Solution Analysis :

- Analyze user stories and future requirements to design scalable solutions.

- Implement simple to medium stories independently.

DevOps and Agile Practices :

- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines.

- Actively contribute to agile development processes and participate in sprints.

Client Communication :

- Engage with clients, handle challenging scenarios, and provide clear technical insights.

Testing and Debugging :

- Perform unit testing using PHP Unit or similar tools.

- Debug and resolve application issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP development and popular frameworks like Laravel or Symfony (Symfony preferred).

- Expertise in database management and writing optimized, complex queries.

- Experience with DevOps processes and tools.

- Familiarity with PHP Unit for testing.

- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.

- Excellent communication skills and client-handling capabilities.

- Proven ability to lead small teams and deliver high-quality results.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with PHP Symphony framework is a strong advantage.

- Ability to independently analyze and resolve technical challenges.
