We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. The HRBP will work closely with the sales team to develop, implement, and drive HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, business partnering, and a deep understanding of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the sales team to align HR strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to sales managers (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
- Review and enhance sales policies, processes, rewards, and recognition schemes to benchmark and implement best practices.
- Conduct performance evaluations and support talent development initiatives.
- Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate training and development programs for sales staff.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes for the sales team.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and develop action plans to improve sales outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in a sales environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management.
- Experience in the sales industry is a plus.
