Cozentus Technologies - Java Technical Architect - Spring/Hibernate (12-18 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Technical Architect with extensive experience in designing and developing complex enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of enterprise Java solutions.

Responsibilities :

- Define the technical architecture and standardize the development methodologies, tools and technologies

- Participate in requirements analysis and provide technical guidance to the development team

- Make recommendations for improvements to existing architecture

- Ensure that technical design is in compliance with the company 2019s policies and guidelines

- Design and develop high-quality, robust and scalable Java-based applications

- Develop code, configuration files, and scripts to support Java applications

- Provide solutions for performance optimization and scalability

- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with industry best practices

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems

- Participate in project planning, estimation and scheduling

Requirements :

- 12-15 years of experience in Java development, and 5-7 years in

Technical Architecture role :

- Bachelor's or Master 2019s degree in Computer Science or related field

- Strong technical expertise in Java\J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, Webservices, etc.

- Good understanding of Cloud architectures and Microservices

- Hands-on experience in developing scalable and high-performance systems

- Ability to lead a team and mentor software engineers

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Experience in Agile methodology
