Job Description:
- To promote and coordinate the marketing and sales operations of the organization to optimize the corporate market share in Generic Pharma.
- Provide support to the team to achieve the corporate mission and sales goals, with outstanding customer services.
- Draw efficient market strategies as per business goals and build relations with business partners, make proficient supervision of sales operations and services to achieve the customer satisfaction with target profitability.
- To design and review marketing and sales budget and ensure its compliance.
- Co-ordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Measure ROI and KPIs
- Identify relevant events and forums to participate/sponsor/partner
- Prepare and lead the annual events plan for all key markets
- Direct and coordinate all pre-event and post-event activities
- Maintain annual marketing budgets and update them as required
- Plan engagement opportunities for the above-mentioned channels, covering content centric engagements (articles/advertorials/whitepapers etc.), digital events (such as webinars, podcasts or others) and more
- To align with business goals, work and develop on performance gaps and also plan to provide career progression opportunities for team members.
- Design and develop effective employee engagement initiatives to motivate team members for continuous learning new selling skills, its implementation to achieving corporate sales goals.
- Develop efficient customer care practices to generate high degree of customer satisfaction.

- The company is looking for high caliber, professional Marketing Head who shall impart direction and take responsibility to move the company to new / further heights in the ever-evolving Economic Scenario. Well versed with Marketing Planning and Strategy, Managing Profitability, Strategic Planning, Vision, Quality Management, Promoting Process Improvement, Forecasting, Developing Marketing Budgets, Marketing Skills, dealing with Complexity and Responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's Marketing goals, objectives and budgets.
Head of Marketing responsibilities include developing plans to help establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals
Qualifications and Skills:
- MBA / PGDBM with specialization in Marketing.
- 15+ years of experience in Marketing Managerial Position.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner.
