Job Description
- Knowledge and experience in assimilation and analysis of data and case writing are desirable.
- A post graduate degree with industry work experience may be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of / exposure to sustainable supply chains and specifically reverse logistics, will be an added advantage.
- Post qualification experience in industry or academia of at least 2 years is desirable.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in research in the domain of Supply Chain Management.
- Responsibilities will include data assimilation and analysis of data using statistical and/or operations research techniques
- Work independently and/or as part of a team of people, including researchers, faculty and industry professionals.
- Work involves communicating with people in spoken and written English language.
- Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to timelines.
- S/he will be associated with a faculty who would provide necessary guidance.
- The selected candidate must have:
- Good understanding of quantitative techniques, familiarity with analytical tools and good knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, Access, Word, Power Point).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Should be a self-driven individual and be willing to take initiatives.
- Multi-tasking abilities are desirable.
- Problem solving skills, Analytical Thinking, Process Oriented thinking.
- Ability to prioritize work opportunities in the department.
- Excellent inter-personal skills to interact effectively with members of industry, faculty and other external agencies.
