Job Description
- Investigate the technological, deployment and commercial aspects of key low-carbon segments (e.g., hydrogen, CCUS, low-carbon mobility); track oil company commitments and activities in each of these domains
- Perform deep-dive analyses into core oil and gas technology segments (e.g., digital and AI, seismic, subsea, enhanced recovery) to produce hydrocarbon resources in a more effective, efficient and low-carbon manner
- Aggregate and organize collected information via databases and dashboards; provide insights into key trends and developments via written reports
- Support the team s broader research initiatives, client engagements and participation in industry events
- Demonstrably strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, and critical thinking capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Proficiency with MS applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI)
- Knowledge of the energy and oil and gas sectors is beneficial
- Preferred Education - Petroleum Engineering
- Proactive, highly detail-oriented and inquisitive; especially when faced with information gaps and uncertainties
- Able to summarize and describe complex issues clearly and concisely
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Able to collaborate with a network of global colleagues
