As an RA the responsibilities are:
- Data collection, preparation, and analysis work on primary and secondary research using qualitative and quantitative methods, including field experiments. The faculty will help train you on methods necessary to do your job.
- Learning content design and pedagogy tools development
- Literature search, summary, presentation, and writing
- Writing research proposals and conducting research
- Other research-related work
- Bachelor s and/or master s degree in management disciplines (such as Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources, Psychology, or Social Sciences), especially from a top-tier college in the country is preferred.
- Preferred: Prior work experience of at least three years in business partnering and/or learning and development, with hands-on experience in activities such as managing learning and employee development initiatives, capturing learning needs, and designing basic learning content is required.
- An open mind to learning new concepts, creativity, and hard work
- Good English writing skills
- Fluency in Hindi
- Good understanding of Psychology/Economics/Statistics
- Strong people management skills, such as working with multiple stakeholders
- Statistical programming skills/coding skills (e.g., Qualtrics) are a plus
- MBA from a top institute is a plus
The candidate must have high standards in terms of quality of work, attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and absolute commitment to task completion. Candidate must have high levels of motivation for learning and preparing for a cutting-edge academic career and must be self-driven.
Location: Udaipur. Work from home is not an option.
