Job Description
- Engineering and facilities management expert
- Foster strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors
- Manage multiple sites and projects, guiding and mentoring team members

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain mechanical, electrical, and MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, and water supply systems
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building equipment, including elevators, generators, and fire suppression systems
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential safety hazards and maintenance issues
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on client projects and renovations
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Continuously improve systems and save costs for clients
- Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients
- Develop and implement innovative solutions
- Manage and maintain facilities and equipment
- Implement energy-efficient practices and technologies
- Monitor and analyze energy consumption data
- Develop strategies to reduce energy costs and environmental impact
- Develop and manage annual budgets for facility operations and maintenance
- Control expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to facility management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in facility management or a related technical role
- Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Familiarity with energy management principles and sustainability practices
- Experience with project management and budget control
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities

- Provide strong leadership and guidance to the facilities management team
- Boost staff satisfaction and morale
- Think laterally and deliver innovative solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Foster a culture of safety, quality, and customer service

- Knowledge of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems
- Experience with green building practices and LEED certification processes
- Understanding of IoT and smart building technologies
