CRM., KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
1. Handling end to end requirement of the customers after the booking of the flat to till the handover of the flat.
2. Coordinating with customers for any modifications (if possible) in flats & planning accordingly.
3. Checking the progress of works & status of flat
4. Checking the payment collections, from customers based on work progress.
5. Checking the flat & taking snags/ rectification points
6. Before Customers site visit, Follow up with tower engineers to rectify the snag list
7. Coordinating with customers for flat inspection & taking snags before registration
8. Coordinating with the engineers to get snag points rectifications as per priority
9. Coordinating with customers for Pre Registration check
10. Handing over the flat keys after completion of registration & payment clearance from bank
11. Preparing handover documents with required internal plumbing & electrical drawings
12. Coordinating with customers for any further assistance after post-handover
13. Handing over the customers Corpus fund & Advance maintenance payment details to Association.
14. Allocating Car parking slots by conducting draw in Customers presence
15. Preparing & issuing the Car parking letters
Maintenance & Facilities, KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
1. After taking plumbing & electrical related complaints from customers, rectifying the issues in priority
2. Checking the water storage levels & arranging outside water tankers
3. Checking the Gas cylinders storage
4. Reloading the Gas cylinders storage before completing the stock to avoid inconvenience to Customers with gas supply
5. Checking the DG requirements to avoid power supply breakdowns
6. Rectification works due to Dampness & leakages in top priority
7. Arranging water proofing workers to resolve the leakage issues
8. Checking the house keeping labor to avoid complaints from Customers
9. Arranging labor & vehicle to clear the Interior waste from Basement-1&2
10. Checking the STP water quality to avoid complaints from Customers
11. Checking the Power bills generated & uploading process to Customers
12. Checking the Gas usage bills generated & uploading process to Customers
13. Check with Gardening labor for proper cleaning & growth of plants
14. Follow up with electrical engg. to replace the Corridor lights which are not working
15. Checking the Podium & Basements cleaning labor
