Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Consultant to support our Associate Director (Occupancy Planning) in managing workplace occupancy and developing strategic occupancy plans. The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, proficiency in relevant software tools, and the ability to assist in creating occupancy scenarios and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Collect and analyse occupancy data across corporate locations
• Prepare regular reports on occupancy trends and space utilization
• Assist in creating and maintaining occupancy tracking systems

Occupancy Scenario Support:

• Help develop occupancy planning models using various data inputs
• Contribute to the creation of multiple occupancy scenarios
• Assist in preparing presentations on occupancy plans for stakeholders

Technology and Software Management:

• Maintain and update CAFM/IWMS systems with current occupancy data
• Create and modify floor plans using AutoCAD
• Develop and maintain Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting

Stakeholder Communication:

• Assist in preparing materials for stakeholder meetings and presentations
• Respond to data requests from various departments
• Support the senior team in cross-functional collaborations

Below are the skills and experience that we are looking for:

• Bachelor s degree in business, Real Estate, Architecture, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and visualization
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
• Experience with AutoCAD and CAFM/IWMS systems preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling numerical data
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement

This Analyst role would directly support the Associate Director by handling day-to-day data management, assisting with scenario modelling, and helping to prepare materials for senior stakeholders. The position would provide valuable support to the senior stakeholders team while offering opportunities for growth and learning in the field of corporate real estate management
