Job Description
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to facilities operations, including maintenance, energy consumption, space utilization, and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for FM operations.
- Create regular reports and dashboards to track operational performance and trends.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for proposed FM initiatives and projects.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in FM operations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of FM policies and procedures.
- Support budget planning and forecasting for facilities management.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and provide data-driven insights.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance FM operations.
- Assist in vendor performance analysis and contract management.
- Bachelors degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities management or operations analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of facilities management systems and software (e.g., CAFM, CMMS).
- Understanding of building systems, maintenance practices, and industry standards.
- Familiarity with lean management principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in facilities management
