Job Description
- Monitoring performance of the vendor and providing constructive feedback to Manager and Asst. Manager
- Make sure vehicle and driver are deployed and maintained as per Policy, Briefing is given to the driver s and supervisor
- Checking the Routing part, any deviations has to be informed to CCOC team on time
- Assisting the manager in organizing, planning & implementing strategy devised by the leadership.
- Prepare & submit all necessary reports and documents as requested by Manager or Asst. Manager
- Optimized running of the fleet within policy.
- Ensuring High Customer experience
- Understand Amazonians grievance / complaints / feedback and address the issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain all tracker / reports / checklist (accident, incident, deductions, escalation, fines, fleet attendance, etc. if any)
- Auditing of the trips and Billing is to be completed on time
- Ensure all the training plan is scheduled and completed before the dead line
- New tasks or responsibilities will be added based on the time and how the business grows.
