- Oversee and manage building management systems, including HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems
Maintenance and Troubleshooting :
- Perform regular maintenance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance of all systems
Documentation :
- Write detailed documentation of system operations and maintenance activities
System Optimization :
- Provide recommendations to improve system performance and efficiency.
Technical Support :
- Identify and resolve technical problems related to the buildings integrated systems.
Safety and Compliance :
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with environmental regulations
Customer Service :
- Maintain a high level of customer service, communicating effectively with site management and clients
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a BMS operator.
- Working knowledge of BMS, HVAC, lighting, building automation, and security systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
