Job Description
The candidate would be responsible end-to-end from creating business opportunities, working on pitches for Grade-A clients across India,
Preference shall be given to the candidates who have worked with senior leaders and having worked on building corporate strategy, process improvement and driving operational efficiencies.
The candidate shall work in close coordination with the Head - Commercial, Retail & Emerging Business.
- Ensure revenue targets for the consulting services are met.
- Ensure timely invoicing and collections.
- Looking out for additional business opportunities through referrals & connect.
- The candidate should have an analytical mindset and an understanding of the business to effectively deliver PAM services.
- Support the teams in business development of property management business.
- Support the teams in delivery of the assignments.
- Should be willing to relocate temporarily for transition asignments
- Client details of new projects to be shared monthly with the central repository.
- Business Solutions Kit should include updated presentation, case studies, checklists etc.
- Debrief discussion with all stakeholders to be scheduled post each win
- Update & maintain agreement tracker / Renewal of agreements for existing client
- Preparation & submission of proposals, RFPs, tenders as and when required
- Accompanying the Solutions Development Directors to networking events and prospective client meetings,
- Should possess financial acumen for tracking of revenue and bad debt.
- Preparing P&L of the new & existing bids/ pursuits
