Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into dashboard requirements and data solutions.
• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Tableau, delivering insights that enable data-driven decision-making.
• Perform data integration and transformation to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and ready for analysis.
• Work with tools such as Alteryx and Databricks to integrate and transform data, creating solutions that support business objectives.
• Continuously improve and enhance dashboards, ensuring they remain relevant and effective.
• Support data-driven initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide regular feedback and updates to stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on progress and results.
• Engage with teams to drive continuous learning and incorporate the latest best practices in data visualization and analytics.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration on data-related initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Expertise in Tableau, with a proven track record of developing insightful and user-friendly dashboards.
• Experience with Alteryx and Databricks is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into user-friendly visual solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate with global stakeholders and explain findings clearly through simple storytelling.
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring accuracy in all deliverables.
• Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on progress
• Strong ability to develop innovative solutions to business requirements, ensuring data solutions are both practical and impactful.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of corporate real estate is a plus but not required.
• Experience with MS SQL is advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer management principles and experience in managing client expectations is a plus.
