- To achieve targets established by both the assistant facilities manager with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Promoters Open, constructive and collaborate relations with superiors, subordinates, peers, and clients.
- Ownership of the day-to-day administration including various report generation/MIS to the management
- Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for Client / VIP visits
- Preparing the Daily/Weekly and Monthly reports
- Submission of invoices by vendor
