Director Delivery

Roles and Responsibilities: * Lead and manage full stack development projects from conception to deployment. * Oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions. * Collaborate with Customer teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. * Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. * Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software. * Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.Skills Required: * Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong background in both front-end and back-end technologies. * 5+ years of experience in a technical leadership or management role. * Proficiency in frameworks such as React * Experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, or Python * Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. * Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. * Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically. * Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
