Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities Bachelors/Master s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field A minimum of 5 years techno-functional experience in EDI Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as EDIFACT, ANSI X12,Rosettanet and IDOC

Preferable knowledge of X12 850 , 855 , 856 , 846 , 867 and 810 Good Knowledge in Order to Cash, Retail, Warehouse Management, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Business Domains Desirable Knowledge of SOAP/REST API/SOA Test and Web Services Hands-on experience as an analyst in API Projects Hands-on experience in designing Business cases and Business/Technical Flows Hands-on experience in Mapping documents EDI to Non-EDI and vice versa Knowledge of user acceptance testing Analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Developing and documenting high-level functional solutions Reviewing functional test cases Designing business cases and performing user acceptance testing Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement

Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional teams, customers, vendors, and management
