Roles and Responsibilities:Inside Sales Associate - Google Cloud ServicesRole Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to focus on generating leads and driving sales for JK Tech s Google Cloud and Gen AI services. This role involves connecting with Google Cloud customers and prospects, understanding their requirements, and positioning JK Tech s tailored solutions to meet their business goals.Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation Outreach Identify and connect with Google Cloud customers and prospects through calls, emails, and social channels. Qualify leads based on their business needs and readiness for Google Cloud solutions and Gen AI services. Sales Enablement Promote JK Tech s expertise in Google Cloud services, including BigQuery, Vertex AI, and other related products. Understand customer pain points and demonstrate how JK Tech s offerings can address their challenges. Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Ensure a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and meet or exceed sales targets. Collaboration Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align sales pitches with the company s service offerings. Provide customer feedback to help improve JK Tech s services and offerings.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, specifically in selling Google Cloud services. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.Skills: Strong understanding of Google Cloud s products such as BigQuery, Vertex AI, and their business applications. Familiarity with selling Gen AI services is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
