Director - Delivery Operations

Requirements Required qualifications to be successful in this role

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  
• 15+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong leadership background in operations, preferably managing global accounts.
  
• Proven leadership skills with a strategic, visionary, and collaborative approach.
  
• Data-driven decision-making with the ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders.
  
• Demonstrated success in leading change management, operational transformation, and implementing critical changes.
  
• Experience leading and managing large teams in a senior management capacity.
