Progress OpenEdge/4GL Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities: * Strong programming experience and analytical skills with Progress 4GL, GUI, and OOABL. * Good experience in performing code and design reviews. * Ability to maintain quality and delivery timelines. * Good experience in writing logic and code in Progress 4GL, understanding the concept of appserver and performing the server-side call. * Knowledge of REST API calls, JSON, basic UNIX commands. Knowledge if PASOE is a plus. * Ability to understand the requirement documents, analyze, design and implement the solution. * Possess good interpersonal skill and able to communicate effectively with client and team. * Good experience in application development. * Able to handle team of 3-4 resources.Primary Skills: * Progress 4GL, GUI, OOPSSecondary Skills: * Telerik, PASOE, Webservices
