Management Trainee - CA 1st Attempt - JK PAPER LTD!!

We are seeking a first-attempt CA-qualified and detail-oriented Management Trainee - Accounts to join our team at CPM Plant, Songarh & JKPM Plant, Rayagada. This role offers hands-on experience in plant accounting operations and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting activities, including ledger maintenance, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Support in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams for cost analysis, inventory management, and budget monitoring.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• CA qualified in the first attempt.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with accounting software (SAP/Tally or similar) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
