Must Have:
- Passionate about online business, e-commerce, and sales
- Must have managed global clients along with owning up their individual performance goals
- Advanced computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office applications Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
- An understanding of Programmatic, interactive media, the advertising industry, and knowledge of emerging technologies, including rich media, ad servers, impression verification services, and other key industry technologies
- Knowledge of display, mobile, and video technologies along with social media a plus
Good to Have:
- Hands-on campaign management experience, preferably in an agency environment
- Passion for online advertising and a track record of delivering outstanding results
- Demonstrated high attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
Job Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Proactively identify and address client needs and challenges.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to review campaign performance, discuss strategic initiatives, and build strong relationships.
Sales & Revenue Generation:
- Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) to support sales efforts.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the successful launch and execution of client campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Client Education & Training:
- Educate clients on Jivox's platform and its capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the wider Jivox team.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in CRM.
- Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Problem-Solving & Decision-Making:
- Identify and resolve client issues and challenges effectively.
- Make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
- Proactively anticipate potential roadblocks and develop mitigation plans.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the digital advertising industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
- Passion for the digital advertising industry and a desire to learn and grow.
