- We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Account Manager to lead large-scale campaigns and drive team and account growth.

- The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in strategy development, campaign execution, research, and a deep understanding of brand identity creation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement high-level strategic account plans to foster team and account growth.

- Leverage advanced knowledge of social media, influencer marketing, paid media, SEO, tech, and e-commerce to craft comprehensive account strategies.

- Lead the planning and execution of impactful 360 integrated campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Conduct extensive research to gather insights, inform strategies, and optimize campaigns.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, mentoring team members and supervising projects handled by respective managers.

- Integrate mainline marketing strategies into campaign planning and execution.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

- Oversee the creation of brand identities, including defining brand archetypes, visual tonality, and brand persona.

- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure brand elements align with client goals and resonate with target audiences.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an agency environment at an Account Executive or Manager level.

- Expertise in digital channels, including PPC, SEO, content marketing, social media, and programmatic advertising.

- Strong understanding of how digital integrates with and complements general marketing strategies.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills, with experience liaising with senior-level clients.

- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
