Lead O&M CMP / FTTx

End to end responsibility on the warehouse operations including
Inventory Management, which can be owned / 3PL managed. Manpower
Planning, Resource planning and able to manage project level execution.
KPI based management and issue / escalation resolution by (Customer,
Vendor, System). Process, Compliance and Safety conscious and
proactively handle issues. Good People manager and leader 12 - 17 years

Skills & Competencies :

Team management skills, Listening and Problem solving skills, Good
communication skills (Written + Oral), KPI based Management, SAP
