Lead O&M CMP / FTTx

• End to end responsibility on the warehouse operations including
  Inventory Management, which can be owned / 3PL managed
• Manpower Planning, Resource planning and able to manage project level execution
• KPI based management and issue / escalation resolution by (Customer,
  Vendor, System)
• Process, Compliance and Safety conscious and proactively handle issues
• Good People manager and leader

Skills & Competencies :

Team management skills, Listening and Problem solving skills, Good communication skills (Written + Oral), KPI based Management, SAP
