Reliance Jio is hiring for Process Trainer

Eligibilty:

• Excellent communication skills required.
• Undergraduates can apply.
• Minimum 2 years of on paper Process Trainer required.
• Must have experience in Telecom process or Social Media Customer service process.
• Must have experience in E-Mail and Chat LOB.
• Must have experience in Process as well as Soft skills training.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the on-job training by supporting trainees during the post training month. • Conduct learning circles during grad bay.
• Provide feedback and coaching during grad bay.
• Align to Business Strategies and Objectives and provide Learning Solutions when there is no training batch to handle.
• Basis delivery experience, provide structured feedback and inputs for continuous improvement.
• Ownership of the entire batch right from start of training till end of training/Grad Bay.
• Submitting Training reports periodically showcasing progress of a training batch
• When without a batch, ensure that Customer Interaction Targets are met for the aligned teams • Drafting a Process Check on a Monthly Basis and sharing with the CSEs to ensure knowledge retention.
• Ensure effective, consistent communication with managers, peers, and other resource groups including day-today informal interactions.
• Accountable for achieving individual training performance metrics • Other duties as required by business needs.

Job Location - Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Salary - Upto 7 LPA
